The Eastern Restaurant

屠妖节当天,我们一群人来到先得坊购物中心的“东方上海拉面小笼包”用餐。打开设计漂亮的菜单,开胃小菜、点心、家常小菜、汤、甜品,90多种菜式,让人眼花缭乱。

点心方面,上海师傅制作的小笼包,皮薄汤美,馅有猪肉和蟹黄两种。我们尝了东方一品小笼包(Eastern Yi Ping Steamed Pork Dumpling,$4),动了筷子,就停不了啦!加了猪肉馅的小笼包汤汁鲜美,沾点醋来吃非常开胃。

红油抄手(Wanton with hot chilli sauce,$6)的辣椒油太辣,把虾仁云吞的新鲜味道完全覆盖。

The Eastern Restaurant

屠妖节当天,我们一群人来到先得坊购物中心的“东方上海拉面小笼包”用餐。打开设计漂亮的菜单,开胃小菜、点心、家常小菜、汤、甜品,90多种菜式,让人眼花缭乱。

把荀粿(Soon Kueh)的皮换成酥饼皮,拿到的就是松脆萝卜丝酥饼(Carrot Pastry,$4)。制作精美的皮底下,一丝丝白萝卜,看不着肉,吃出肉味, 皮也好,馅也好,可讨功夫呢!

透过玻璃窗,只见上海师傅正在拉面条。我们点了好几种拉面口味,包括炸酱面、酸辣汤面、清汤牛腩面,和上海排骨面。吃饱后才发现这里竟然有“胶原蛋白拉面”,这可是头一回听说。爱美的女生一定要来试一试!

如果“胶原蛋白拉面”提不起你的兴趣,没关系!何不来尝尝清汤牛腩面(Stewed Beef Noodle,$8.80)?汤头清澈中带有一丝淡雅的清甜,搭配鲜嫩爽口的牛腩,清淡美味。

若你平常比较喜欢吃重口味,那可尝尝酸辣汤面(Noodle in Hot & Sour Soup,$8)。记得要趁热品尝哦!

上海排骨面(Shanghai Noodle with Pork Rib,$8.80)是另一款清汤口味的拉面。拍完照片后,炸得金黄色的排骨已经不香脆了。

“东方上海拉面小笼包”即将推出更多新菜,如皮蛋豆腐、瑶柱豆腐、梅菜扣肉等,看到这么丰盛的午餐,你的肚子是否已经开开咕噜咕噜叫了呢?

新菜皮蛋豆腐(Toufu with Century Egg,$5)很特别。鲜蒸嫩滑的豆腐淋上特别酱汁,加入一块块的皮蛋、并撒上花生碎,这看起来毫不协调的“黑白两道”,竟然如胶似漆地激起了爱的火花!

干煸四季豆(Sauteed Green Bean with Minced Pork in Chilli Sauce,$8)的特色是干煸香脆,但过油后的四季豆依旧保留原有的爽脆,口味香甜。

大力推荐芙蓉赛螃蟹(Fu Rong Special Scrambled Egg,$10.80),鸡蛋和螃蟹肉用上汤翻炒,之后还打入一粒漂亮的蛋黄,那种锅香味就像煮炒摊的海鲜烩饭,棒!

瑶柱豆腐($16)用新鲜的豆奶加鸡蛋制成的豆腐,是餐厅的另一道新菜。虽然看不到干贝的痕迹,但豆腐充分吸收了瑶柱的鲜味,鲜美而不油腻,入口即化,是很健康的一道菜。

酒不醉人人自醉,绍兴醉鸡(Chicken marinated with Shao Xing Wine,$6) 色泽淡黄,肉质鲜嫩,酒香醇厚。绍酒入肴,酒醇菜香味更美,值得大力推荐!

新菜梅菜扣肉($12)偏甜,或许是因为用餐的多半是女生,所以扣肉的肉不够肥,肉质也不够嫩。

提到酸菜鱼,第一个想到的是火锅汤底。不不不,这里的酸菜鱼汤($15)是用砂煲炖煮,麻辣鲜香,非常开胃,可惜鱼片偏咸了一点。

甜品方面,除了有酒甜花香的上海酒酿园子,还有姜茶汤丸、杏仁豆腐、雪儿糖水等任你选择。

本来肚子已经很涨,可是大家都说高丽豆沙($4.50/3个)很好吃,非得尝一尝不可!这传统的云南小吃外香酥,内沙甜,表皮甜香润滑,有淡淡的鸡蛋味,大力推荐!
